If error, is due to the client, then extra charges will apply (For example, proper spelling of the name was not provided in the target language before the job is initiated)

Accepted Payment Methods**
Payment can be made in cash, credit card, debit card, money order or check. If you pay by check or money order, the task will not be initiated until the check or money order is cleared. For "same day" or "24 hours" service, you must pay in cash.
Please bear in mind that an additional amount will be charged to the initial quote if the number of words exceeds what was previously estimated. You will receive a receipt of the amount paid and the date of payment. The final payment will be collected upon pickup documents or before delivery of your documents, if electronic.
